Meet the Founders
Nourie was founded by siblings Maria and Fredrik, combining a shared passion for wellbeing with a scientific perspective on health.
Maria brings a strong interest in holistic wellness and the daily habits that influence how we feel and function. Fredrik, a practicing medical doctor, contributes clinical knowledge and a deep understanding of human physiology.
Together they created Nourie to bridge the gap between modern medical science and the rapidly growing wellness space — developing products that are transparent, evidence-informed and designed to support everyday health.
2005 - NOT ALWAYS HEALTHY
Health wasn’t always something we prioritized.
Like many, our teenage years and early adulthood were far from balanced. Shaped more by convenience, stress and habits that didn’t always support our wellbeing. It wasn’t until later in life, as we grew older and started families of our own, that our perspective began to shift.
We started to understand the true value of taking care of the body, not just in the moment, but for the long term.
2015 - A SHIFT TO HEALTH
As our priorities changed, so did our approach to wellbeing.
We became more intentional about nutrition, recovery and daily routines but quickly realized how difficult it was to navigate the wellness space. Between trends, conflicting advice and overwhelming product choices, it was hard to know what actually made a difference.
2023 - THE IDEA OF NOURIE
The idea for Nourie began when we started questioning the supplements available on the market. Despite the wide selection, there was often a lack of clear research and proof that they truly work.
With Fredrik’s medical background as a foundation, we began diving deeper into the science and quickly realized there was a better way. That became the starting point for Nourie – and the creation of Skin Therapy.
2025 - THE LAUNCH OF NOURIE
Once the product was finalized and clinically tested, it was time to launch. The result was a product we truly believed in, one that showed strong results in the clinical study, that we and our entire family use ourselves, and that has received really positive feedback from customers.
